Real hiring intent
A recognisable company name is not enough. TruRole separates company identity, poster authority, vacancy evidence and current hiring activity.
TruRole exists because candidates should not have to exaggerate their CV to get noticed, and employers should not be able to hide stale or weak hiring intent behind a polished job advert. The product is designed to make both sides clearer before they invest time in each other.
A recognisable company name is not enough. TruRole separates company identity, poster authority, vacancy evidence and current hiring activity.
CV tools can improve structure and terminology, but they must not manufacture skills, employers, qualifications, dates, achievements or metrics.
A live TruRole vacancy needs a real salary range rather than an intentionally vague or hidden pay expectation.
Candidates choose whether anonymous evidence can be discovered. Identity and private CV access require a vacancy-specific candidate decision.
Candidates can review a CV, check external adverts and track applications from other job boards or company websites.
We would rather show fewer vacancies than inflate the marketplace with stale, duplicate, speculative or weakly verified listings.
Employers and recruiters can use AI-assisted job drafting, Easy Apply or their ATS, Featured job boosts, application limits and automatic pause controls without buying their way around trust checks.
We want candidates to understand what their evidence genuinely supports, hiring teams to prove that a role is real and active, and both sides to spend less time on applications or outreach that never had a credible chance of going anywhere.
