Cookie & local-storage notice
This notice explains the browser storage TruRole uses and the choices available to you.
Strictly necessary storage and operational telemetry
Authentication and session technology is used to keep signed-in users secure and protect authenticated requests. TruRole may also store essential interface preferences, such as theme and cookie choices, so the service works consistently.
The hosting/application platform may generate limited operational telemetry needed to initialise sessions, maintain security, diagnose failures and measure service reliability. TruRole does not use this necessary operational data to build advertising profiles. Necessary storage cannot be switched off through the consent banner because it is required to provide or secure the service you request; clearing it in your browser may sign you out or reset preferences.
Optional analytics and marketing
TruRole does not treat a visit, Terms acceptance or account registration as consent to optional behavioural analytics, advertising pixels or marketing storage. The consent banner lets you accept optional categories, keep necessary storage only, or save individual choices.
If TruRole enables a non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing technology, it must be classified against current PECR/UK GDPR requirements and respect the applicable consent or objection choice before non-essential storage/access is used. Rejecting optional storage does not block core service features that do not depend on it.
Changing your mind
You can reopen Cookie settings from this page at any time. A new consent version can also cause the banner to appear again if the categories or purposes materially change.
Cookies are separate from the Terms
Accepting TruRole's Terms or acknowledging the Privacy Notice does not count as consent to optional cookies or marketing. These choices are kept separate.
